Even though I already own the awesomest tea towels in the history of the world (thanks linds!), I find myself drawn to tea towels more than ever! What a great way to add a little personality to your kitchen decor while still having a purpose! And even though I can't come up with a good enough excuse to give in and get these, check out the amazing tea towels of etsy's avril loreti:
Ooo! That multi-coloured houndstooth is my fav! It is so warm and fantastic and really makes me want to go dry some dishes! Oh! And she has it in hankie form too! Oh my! Happy friday everyone! I'll be busy avoiding temptation - how about you?
I have sooo many dish towels and about 1% are absorbent enough to do a proper drying job. I'm really going to have to break down one day and get some decent ones... just figuring out what to do with drawer full of towels is holding me back. Maybe I'll sew them all together and make a picnic blanket
ReplyDeleteeeeeeeee - they're from toronto too!!!! you are not helping with my self-control! must. not. spend. money. on myself!
ReplyDeleteTea towels? I like to avoid drying dishes . . . it is much cleaner to let them drip dry, and I am sticking to that idea. Mom
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my tea towels kate! Great Soundtrack too!
ReplyDeleteThe reason why i started a line of tea towels was to have more pretty things to use around my kitchen. I'm all for drip drying overnight and then when i wake up in the morning and get my coffee brewing i grab a fresh tea towel and polish up my dishes as i put them away. Makes doing any chore way more lovely and fabulous:) Happy holidays!!
Pretty! You could always buy them for me instead of avoiding temptation!
